2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

In case of delays, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Kerala: 1–4 business days
• South India: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

• Courier availability
• Weather conditions
• Local restrictions
• Remote locations

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during special promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Courier partner name
• Tracking link

You can track your shipment anytime.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable:

• The package may be returned to us
• Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to:

• Wrong phone number
• Recipient unavailable

No refund will be provided for such cases.
Reshipment can be arranged at additional cost.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered:

• Do not accept the delivery
• Take photos/videos

We will assist with replacement if eligible.

9. International Shipping

At the moment, we ship only within India.
International shipping is not available.
